and lol @ the spin they put on it. first it was "she was overcome with emotion". then they found out about the video so it became "the heat". then it changed into "suffering from pneumonia".

good. pretty much healed up. only issue I have now is that in the healing process my rotators cuffs really tightened up. so now its just a matter of stretching and getting that full movement back. seems like rear rotators are the tightest. i've been doing stretches with my hands behind my back and it feels good but it hurts at the same time. i get a major relief after the stretches but doing them makes me tremble and sweat. lol. gotta do it though.

          You start lifting again yet?

Nope. I probably could start back up and start light but I'm taking the levrone approach. 3 complete months off. I was pushing myself to a point where I wouldn't have lasted long. I feel I need the break.

When I get back to it in about 3 weeks I'll be refreshed, focused, and smarter having learned from my mistakes.

Hardest part is mentally telling yourself "let your body rest, stay out if the gym". It's like a drug always calling me back. I truly love lifting but I know this is the best plan over the long term.

Short term I feel like a turd. :D

You lost a lot of size? I did when I had to take a month off when I had hand surgery. 3 months off I'd be small as fuck

I've stayed on GH and AAS so that's helped for sure. I wouldn't say I've lost size but I would say I'm holding the size different if that makes sense. The pumped, "full" look isn't there.

You know the difference between looking flat and looking pumped in the gym? Kinda like that. Almost the way your muscles look if your out in the freezing cold. All deflated and shit. Lol

I'll also say that I've purposely increased cals and put on a bit of fat which I think has also helped keep size on. I figure it will help a bit adding cals for recovery and I can always easily diet down once I'm back at it.

The hardest part is getting yourself into a "recovery" mindset and not allowing yourself to get down. I just keep reminding myself of the difference between levrone and Ronnie. Those months off I believe helped levrone a great deal.
