Look, I think the Jersey police did well to take the alleged terrorist alive. All I am saying is that the same level of "care" doesn't seem to be accorded a whole segment of our population.
unfortunately that's how it goes. he was a high level criminal where the police were given special orders. The black guy was a standard pullover procedure and once again the guy could not listen to simple orders. I say it again, it's not right BUT all he has to do was listen to simple orders. You would have followed the police instructions and so would I. We'd both be alive and well. It's common sense and it's about survival.

Well, that's where I disagree with you. It wasn't like it was Delta force that apprehended the alleged terrorist. It was a small town police force, just like the Tulsa situation. Why can't this be standard procedure in all cases?

It is absolutely not hard to understand why minority communities are up in arms about police brutality.

Hell even if a criminal had the draw on me with a gun I would comply. Of course I'm going to listen to the police. It is a human being with the power to kill in an instant. Even complying doesn't garuntee my safety but I'll take those chances vs acting like an ass to challenge that person's authority.

Blood tests revealed Crutcher had taken both PCP and TCP, which are known for their intense highs. Medical examiners, using the full name for PCP, said Crutcher had "acute phencyclidine intoxication" at the time of his death.
The unarmed man fatally shot by an Oklahoma police officer last month was high on PCP at the time, officials said Tuesday.

An autopsy report for Terence Crutcher released by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office showed the 40-year-old man had ingested PCP and another hallucinogen called tenocyclidine, or TCP. Coroners also ruled that Crutcher, who was black, died from a gunshot wound to his chest listed as a homicide.
well there you have it, i knew it. now the cunt gets off with a minor lesser charge....PCP stays in your system for a few days. i wonder how strong it was in his system; did they check if it was recent? was he really high at the time of this incident? i mean if i got killed, weed is gonna show up in my blood. so are they gonna say some dumb ass rican was high as a kite so we shot the fucker:retard: but oh wait, i don't get high:hibb:
