I've been thinking over this a lot. I wonder if he has a tumor on his liver. His eyes are perpetually yellow and he says he takes a lot of dbol so he has cirrhosis for sure.

He doesn't want to get it checked out because he doesn't want to know. Thinks doctors will make shit up and come up with a reason to give him surgery and make him take meds that kill him. Lol.
