I don't get the point. They will only be used for the rich to have fun with and never used as a means of transportation. There are all kinds of regulations preventing them from being used as transportation such as ceiling height limitations far below what it is capable of, inability to use over congested areas or at night or in low visibility, inspection requirements etc etc. These regulations are there for good reason, the safety of the pilot and the people on the ground.
