  • Levrone Responds To The Haters

Now that he can squat again he can win the Mr.O lol. I guess squats are going to improve his back as well?

He mad bro lol. If it fuels his fire then good for him but I don't think anybody is expecting much anymore. At least nothing close to this 100% he speaks of.

Btw other than the lack of shoulder width Phil's back and hamstrings are awesome.

What's more telling is that after only a short time training he was already at least as wide as heath.

His legs will grow and his back will thicken

Thing is, he's using the "wasn't able to squat" thing as his reasoning. Dorian proved you don't need squats.

He said in one of his other videos he couldn't even do a single lunge on the one leg, not sure which. I doubt he was doing much of anything for his legs.

Ahh well if that's true then yes his legs will improve.

Think about this though Chuck. If you weren't able to train legs at all would you aim for a competition? Something tells me he's stretching the truth a bit.

Well he also addressed that as well. He had already announced the comeback prior to realizing he couldn't do much with his legs, figuring the pain was minimal. He said it would have done more damage to his legacy to pull out after doing the same thing so many times in the past. He didn't want to be seen as a fraud so he figured he would do the best with what he's able to and get on the stage.

Well I guess I have to respect that.
