I am new to this site just thought I'd say a quick hello ......
Been training from a young age made some good gains in the past .. but had an accident about 4 years ago shattered my knee and snapped my tibia haft to have pins and plates put in so put me out for a couple of year been back in the gym now last 2 years getting ther slowly ha ......
Not good doing squat tho ha :/
Glad I found this site some great info on here and seems like a good place to chat
