All hard work to. Can't accuse Rado of just using a ton of shit and using the excuse of "well he should look like that because of all the gear anyway".
This is the importance of years of hard work and diet. Using steroids as an aid to help training and diet but not building your entire physique with nothing but steroids.
As much as I think Rado can be a real dildo it's clear to see the hard work. I just wish he would help people more with his experience he could be a great help to a ton of people.

I get complacent, lazy, etc...I get easily frustrated when giving advice and some not taking it at heart or taking it lightly. It's like wtf is the point of asking if they intend to do the opposite anyways. But you know what? I was there myself many years ago and I did that myself.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostAll hard work to. But I can't have that mentality though and I've been working on it. I always say this and if it weren't for you and seeing how you were about food and training, I probably wouldn't of gotten so serious in recent years.
You've always been able to call it like you see it and for the most part, can be right about it. I took what you posted and how you ate, trained, rested...I tweaked it to my liking, and the rest is history.
So when we see others post about their experiences and trials/errors, it's good to take some of that and experiment.
Fortunately, too many drugs are not needed for me to grow or even sustain. I do believe that food comes first, training second and drugs are last. Some will disagree though.
IMO drugs are just an added boost, in other words it's a temporary fix. What happens when the boost is gone? You have a choice of keeping the boost going(staying ON)or letting rest(coming OFF). If you can find a balance with these two and not let it fuck you up mentally, this is golden IMO.
