I don't think Trump cares about the whole picture. That's my point. He can say to his voters "look I've rebuilt the military" with a few more submarines and missles. Its more impactful and dramatic then for him to actually rebuild in the proper way you're talking about. I don't think you will see any such change. Trump is flashy. He's not known for the small details.

It's what you were complaining about earlier. The whole point of this conversation is about "rebuilding our military". My point is that I think your definition and Trump's definition are 2 different things. He's going to buy jets and missles and shit. It's my belief that the problems you see locally will not change under the Trump administration. We will just have even more submarines, tanks etc.. and you will continue to see those same problems you talked about earlier.

Stewart is the largest military base East of the Mississippi river. Its also the heavy rapid deployment division on the East coast.
