It's war bro. It's not a pretty situation. People die, mistakes get made. It's sad and I wish there was no such thing but war is ugly business. We are not going to beat ISIS without civilian casualties especially considering ISIS has weaved themselves throughout civilian populations.

Only reason he's able to is because what is being reversed were executive orders. Obama signed them without votes therefore Trump can reverse them without votes.

This is why Obama's advice to Trump was to do less with executive order and more with legislation because it can't be reversed as easily. Obama did a lot with executive orders.
