  • So i was asked today

..what are you taking. This guy I use to work with started coming to the same gym. We haven't seen each other in at least two years. Right when we seen each other we spoke then right before he went to leave he came up to me and asked what are you taking. I said 200grams of protein a day, creatine and I workout every day. As I'm telling him this he starts to smile shaking his head saying ok.
It made me feel great that he noticed but I kind of felt bad I didn't tell him I'm on TRT. Honestly I don't want to tell anyone but do you guys discuss it with people you know or not? I know everyone is different but I just wanted to ask.

I keep it to a minimal. This board knows more than the ones who are close to me, go figure lol

But those that know me, also know im training 6 days a week, sometimes 7! So passing off that way has gotten me by the "what are you taking" question

No reason to tell anyone. Keep it private. Just my advice.

Not always. I bust my ass in the gym but I will be fooling myself if I thought I'd be able to keep up with someone who is using.

You just might. You'd be surprised of how many guys who are ON, have shit for cardio.

Not many could run 4 miles in under 30mns....I'm certain you could, i certainly can.

Now lifting? Yea i could see it being an isue

Come on guys, On vs Off is not even a debate. Plus, if you're on you're motivated to work harder, have more energy, recover faster, etc...

He was in there this morning and came up to me smiling & said protein and creatine hey...I said yeah man. You see how hard I bust my ass then he said yeah I know but all bullshit a side I'm fixing to start a cycle...I didn't know what to fucking say. lol This guy is as soft as they come & he's going to start a cycle. I just said ok I'm going to keep my eye you. I think he's trying to pull something out of me. He's in no condition to start any cycle but oh well.

I dont think I have any friends that don't run gear. The only reason I don't like to talk about it with some of them is because they don't know what they're doing and I'm tired of "teaching" people. They don't listen anyways so I don't waste my breath anymore. When they say something dumb I just smile and say, "Let me know how it works for you." What I don't like is when people say things in front of my kids! The other night this kid ringing me up at the grocery store asks me where I workout at, then asks me what "kinda cycle you on" right in front of my son and a whole line of shoppers. I say "I just eat alot of protein" and he tells me how he just got his first bottle of test...lol

I get the most comments at the grocery store.
