In my case, my International order was stuck in New York since Feb. 4th and on day 30 MaceDog was all over it, had a resend order put in place and its being shipped out soonComment

In Tkdbax case this I believe is what happened. But for pretty much everything else I've handling personally , it is due to the site change, and making sure everyone is receiving there order information /tracking and such. that until now would normally arrives without a hitch.
