I FINALLY HIT 210LBS WOOOOO HOOOOO
got my stats today
211 lbs
14 % bf
up from
196 lbs
10 % bf
this is soo awsome i have never been able to get over 200 lbs
all i`m doing is trying to do is pack on the pounds no matter how
and its working so far

awesome bro, im 5'11'' but 6 with shoes. I remember when I hit 200 I was so damn happy. I felt huge compared to people here. I remember when they saw me at 230 people freaked.
