They had a reason, they had to get their employees onboard so they could go to Louisville instead of their paying customers. Evidentally their employees are more important that the patients of a doctor. There is another video of the concussed Dr. coming back on the plane ranting that he needs to see his patients.

They are now trying to make the doctor out as a bad guy because he had a nonviolent infraction many years ago that has nothing to do with the situation at hand.

You can hire a stretch limo from O'Hare to Louisville for $800 (I googled it). It's a 4 and half hour drive and the crew could have slept through the whole drive. United could have solved this problem for less than the price of 1 seat they were offering. Freaking idiots - they deserve all the hate they are getting, just for being so stupid.
