Do you feel like the deck is stacked against you??

Do you ever feel no matter what you do, something ..some how..or some way.. Is gonna happen to fuck it up.?.

Recently ive been dealing with a shoulder that needs surgery and a bicep which has loss of strength and a lot of pain.. (possible impingement from shoulder as well).
My insurance sucks monkey balls, and i have to fork out a shit load if cash just for mri w/ angiogram and therapy...

Well i was working saturday (trying to make cash for my mri) and i get this text.



So anyway. my wife was on the highway, just my 3 yr old who was asleep in the car seat was with her. Thank God!! She was in the middle lane. The cars in front of her were slowing down to a stop . so she did the same. I guess the boy behind her wasnt paying attention. She said about 3-4 seconds had gone by and it sounded like a bomb went off.


His 75 pick up was stuck in the back of her van. They shut down the highway . the van slammed forwars and hit another car in front of her. They had to get in and rev up his pick up and get assistance from the fire dept to back
it out . it was stuck. It took several attempts.
im blessed and happy my wife and daughter werent hurt worse than they are. My wife is having issues on her left side of her body, hard to walk. Cant bend over, and her neck and head hurt do to hitting her head and slamming her head back and forward!. Has a large mark going from her shoulder down her chest from the seat belt. Radio screen is busted.. Glass in everything . things were thrown around the van. Skate boards. And toys.etc
Im so thankful that my other Children did not go or they would of been in the back..

Sorry to hear it bro. Easier said then done but you gotta try to keep a positive outlook on things or it will eat you up. Things will get better if you keep pushing forward and making the right choices. If that means you gotta take off from the gym a few months and get your shoulder fixed then that's what you gotta do.

Sorry to hear about the accident but like you said, could have been so much worse. Your very lucky considering what could have happened.

Keep your head up bro and never feel sorry for yourself. Just keep moving in the right direction.

So sorry to hear about your luck. Keep moving forward and surround yourself with positive people. Like you said your so lucky both are still with you man. I've seen accidents like this turnout very bad. That 75 pickup is all metal so I'm sure it was a hard hit. Does the kid have insurance?? If so then its time to get paid brother. GOOD LUCK!!

Sorry to hear that, when it rains it does indeed pour. Hope everything turns out ok for you and your family. I can relate a little. My wife was rear ended a couple months ago too but the guy hit and skipped then ditched the car to run on foot never to be found and of course the car wasn't insured either. Still haven't gotten her car back and she only suffered some whiplash and an anxiety attack luckily. People who have no regard for other people's well being in those instances piss me off to no end.

Damn,, most important thing is wife n kids ok!! Be thankful they aren't busted up bad brother!!! Shoulder..I'm sure you've been in the game long enough to know..take your time and let it heal right...everything will all come together in time my man...
