Living in Germany is it harder to eat like a Bodybuilder compared to US? You got shit like Costco where you can buy 10lb bags of chicken breast and 5lbs big ass boxes of oats etc.. Or do you only have normal grocery stores where you gotta buy normal sized shit. I ask because I remember seeing a Markus ruhl video of him food shopping and he had to but like 50 things of chicken. In other words do you have places where you can buy in bulk to save money or is that only a US/UK thing.

We ain't got shit in bulk here bro.. I go to the grocery store every damn day.. and I mean every day! ! Except for Sunday's because all stores are close.. No Cotsco, No Sams nada.. It's can get very expensive... Sure I can meal prep, But our fridges are so gotdamn tiny it's ridiculous.. our oats are like 500 grams a bag. Shit last me like a week.. we bag our own food we ain't got no baggers.. so u gota bag in the speed of light.. no self check outs...
Only places where u might get some stuff in bulk is at the commissary in the military bases.
It's a holiday on Monday.. so me and the girlfriend had to make two trips to the grocery store yesterday!!.

Damn that sucks. I got 20lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast in freezer and 10lbs of oats in the closet. $19 per 10lb bag of chicken and like $7 for a 10lb box of oats. Total for 20lbs of chicken breast and 10lbs of oats... $45. :DComment

Where are you in Germany? I've been to ramstein afb and landstuhl many times and I know ramstein has a huge commissary and huge BX.

Yea we have the biggest PX/BX in Europe.. I was the loss prevention Manager in the KMCC Mall in ramstein...
I currently live in mannheim...Use to live in kaiserslautern and many other places...
