You always hear the stories but it really sucks to see things like that. Dexter is by far one of the GOATS and should be in front of true fans not wierdos with ill intentions. Sucks to see.

hoody on, headphones blasting, never make eye contact. those are my personal gym rules. eye contact makes way for conversation which leads to people feeling okay about interrupting your workout or asking questions. i idea is to be as unapproachable as possible. even before your workout starts or after it ends, never stick around and chat with anyone. those same fuckers will be there the next day and will assume it's ok to chat during your workout because you were friendly the day before.
