Deca and GH could possibly help. Var is also a healing drug made for osteoporosis, burn victims and shit like that so the triple combo could possibly be your best bet. Certain AAS break down joints, tendons, ligaments etc.. those 3 do the opposite. So rest and that cocktail would definitely be worth a try.

By what mechanism do you think any if those would improve a protruding disk?Originally posted by Bouncer View PostDeca and GH could possibly help. Well if he does go the ibuprofen route.. he needs to take in consideration that he needs to take a stomach protector like pantoprazol.. even this and 600mgs of IBU three times a day gave me serious IBS. I can go on with list of meds, but it's not worth it giving the fact that they all addicting and I don't know traps long enough to give an analysisOriginally posted by Bouncer View PostYou need rest brother. Please listen to me for once. Stay on the low dose test and letro for the gyno. While you're on the letro your joints will hurt even worse. If you want all your issues fixed just listen to me 1 time. Take 1 full month off the gym. Antiinflammatories are important during this time. 3 ibuprofen 3 times per day morning, midday, and before bed. Just do this for the month you take off. Don't come off everything though, you do that your test will drop and your gyno will get worse because of hormone fluctuation.
Doing this has a very good chance of helping both your problems (gyno and shoulder pain). Don't use anything else. No kratom etc..
Trust me. Even doing bicep curls or tricep extensions is still putting stress on the shoulders at some point during the movement. 1 month, zero upper body. You'll feel much better.

You need to ask an orthopaedic for advice.. and find a good chiropractor or osteopathic... Acupuncture and physical therapy seems to help and lots of rest... I was out the gym for 4 months bro, or people been out longer.. It was fucking depressing, but I will put my health before any gainZ..Originally posted by TrapsBrah View PostWonder if deca would help my shoulder pain got either ac joint pain or a minor rotator cuff tear lol. Havnet done shoulders or chest workout for last 3 weeks or so. Hurts to raise my arm above my head.
You should rest up

If you read my stuff on here you would see that a fee over 25 years training I was pit for 6 months with a bulge that turned into a full prolapse and damage my nerves
I would certainly stay on gear, and work on posture and adjustments once you had an mri

MRI was conducted last year... that's how they found the problem after being misdiagnosed.. Pains were coming more from the chest and shoulder area that gave me fucked up anxiety.. it has something to do with the nerve in the thoracic area that causes the discomfort in the chest.. now whenever I have one of those episodes I know the cause and I don't worry... I just avoid deadlifts now which kind of sucks...
Now that I exercise my rotator cuffs everyday I don't get the shoulder discomfort as much
I will definitely look into some of your threads.
Thanks

Nah disagree. Ibuprofen 3 times a day for a month is nothing. My doc had me on it for 2 months straight when I passed out and jammed my shoulders. Never an issue. Guess it depends on the user but most people won't have an issue.Originally posted by boricuarage79 View PostWell if he does go the ibuprofen route.. he needs to take in consideration that he needs to take a stomach protector like pantoprazol.. even this and 600mgs of IBU three times a day gave me serious IBS. Doctors prescribe 800mgs (4 normal ibuprofen) 3 times a day very commonly. Its a none issue for 99% of people especially when taken with meals. Remember I'm saying a month. I'm not saying a year.
Was ibuprofen the only drug you were on? I find it hard to believe basic ibuprofen at normal dose caused you such issues in a short period of time. Were you on other meds?
