    Yea muscle relaxer called ortoton and diazepam... but I always been on valium.. I get no sides from it.... I was bloated, but the toilet everytime and looked like I was gone give birth
    Believe You me.. it was the Ibu... I got off of it and took tilidin. I was back to normal within a week...
    I took green vibrance.. probiotic drink and worked wonders
    Could be the German brands..

        If you need any proof that there is no omniscient intelligent designer God, look no further than the shoulder joint. It could be anything but a doctor can at least rule out anything major. Then it's just rest and potentially PT.

                You can make a argument about the eye, gradual evolution it's almost impossible due to it only working when all aspects are perfect

                    This has been debunked a million times. In fact, it is a textbook case for evolution because the design of the eye got messed up somewhere along the evolutionary tree and this faulty design got passed forward.

                      Ha, just watched the video. Good stuff. The position of the optic nerve is also messed up. But that's what we are stuck with. Evolution can only tweak the components it has to work with. It can't roll the tape backwards, go back to where the mistake got made and fix it.

                            Lastly. Your stats are similar to rado's in terms of height and weight but obviously your body composition is different. Your holding more fat and less muscle. You have the power to change that and I suspect your biggest issue is diet. For example stats wise I'm pretty musch the same as I was this past winter. 6'1 230ish. But I've dropped probably close to 5% bodyfat since than by simply altering diet and upping the dose/adding in another compound. So stats alone I'm the same even though I've dropped a lot of bodyfat and gained muscle/water. So pay little attention to stats. All about the mirror.

                            I can't stress this enough. CONSISTANT diet is where most people fail. Young guys, old guys.. doesn't matter. I eat literally the same shit meal after meal for fucking months and months and months. Genetics play a factor obviously but you are nowhere near your full potential. In other words, work harder.. that waist of yours is killing the illusion of the V taper. tighten up that midsection and you wiil look a shit load better.
                            Bouncer you hit it on the head with my diet and my mg dose. I just went to 300mg and just like you said about being consistent with my diet. I would follow a strict clean diet for a few weeks then fall out but having someone to notice that like you did really motivates me to get this shit done right. I mean I eat clean but I also add a little dirt/ desert here n there. lol Ok my next picks will be noticeable. Thanks

                                Do you have any circulation issues? Especially @ night. Lately my arms and hands be tingly and numb in the middle of the night, But when I wake up I shake it off and it goes away. Did heavy squats yesterday morning and I felt fine and from what I gathered up it could be a pinch nerve that is making the circulation messed up. Also had some shooting pain later in the evening that lasted for a few seconds, but I was fine during the day
