yea i mean he's not a dumb guy. he's certainly made a name for himself without actually getting on stage. I'd bet more people have heard of him than Phil Heath to be honest.

it's just that without all the deep oil injections nobody would be listening to what he had to say because he wouldn't look like much.

He has won a few competitions back in his early days and he looked pretty damn good... Until all the oil and tattooes...
Think he is the first dude to come out and talk about steroids on you tube and then everybody started following the trend

yea i get it. there is definitely a reason he has a following. he's not a stupid guy. sometimes he is spot on with his points.

thing with rich though is that he doesn't just expose the truth. he does it in sensationalized style all about getting views and selling products. the faces he makes in the gym, the fake plates that Boston Lyod exposed, etc..
