So summer is here and it's getting pretty warm... I aget these allergies every summer .. woke up with a slight throat and sneezing a bit.. can anyone recommend any home remedies? Honey lemon and hot water?

zyrtex bro. i had bad alergies as a kid. i was a tester for zyrtec before it was on the market. took all my alergies away. i have zero issues now.
