I feel that way about all burgers honestly. In Cali there is a famous burger chain called In-N-Out. People always talk about it like it's the best shit ever. When I was living near NYC I heard people talking about it and then when I was living in Chicago I heard people talking about it. So when I finally moved to Cali one of the first things I did was go there. Shit is average at best. It's better than fucken McDonald's yea but that's not saying much.

The problem is I was chef cook for almost 5 years at two different burger joints so I know how burgers can be.. it's to a point that I couldn't even look @ them no more.. shit is overrated.and everybody want to open up a burger place in this city. I will never ever work in food business ever again.. shit hours shit money.. I can just live off my pension

Nope... cooking for others it's not my thang..unless it's for family and friends.. I never went to school to be a cook
.quit opposite.. it's was just an easy job to flip burgers.. u just have to be fast and deal with the bullshit stress... they love this stuff here... this ain't not job for a grown ass man with temper issues...
I broken shit before in the kitchen cause of my anger and tren amplified it.. nope working with people ain't my thang

You see my boy in the pic.. he works @ a winery restraunt in the rich part of the city as the only kitchen cook. He works 6 times a week 12 hours every day.. the job got him so drain.. sometimes I don't hear from him for weeks and he has pretty much giving up the gym cause the job got him stressed.. dude use to go to gym every damn day... growth and test is maintaing his physique and not gaining much body fat. , but it was good catching up with him. talking about the NY pro and stuff

Yea.. it sucks.. some customers are asshole and u just want to smack the shit out of them.. they don't appreciate the hard work.. that's why i always give a good tip when we go.out to eat cause I know it's tough

That's strange leaving a tip over there, It was frowned upon when I was there. If you left a tip it was a sign of disrespecting the waitress. I always felt weird not doing it as I always tip good. My mom busted her ass for a lot of years as a waitress I know how hard they work. I guess times have changed.
