Putting up my workout routine for day.. Normally I vary my leg workouts. I have not hit legs all week. The end of the weekend it's perfect time for me because my legs feel fresh..
Workouts
Leg extensions
Leg Curls
Back squats
Front squats
Shrugs
And Cardio @ the end..
I like to do treadmill for Cardio because it pushes me to run faster and longer while controlling the pace. I do 40 mins combine Hiit and LiSS keeping the HR between 130-170bpm, but Since I did legs today and I'm wearing squats shoes. I did stair master and stationary bike..
