I mean if you're lean enough you'll look good regardless. It's not like before a competition where you are super depleted and in the 5% or lower body fat range. That's when water and carb manipulation has it's biggest impact in a very short period of time. You'll either look good or you won't based on what you've been eating the last few months bro. What you eat the next 24 hours will have very little impact unless like I said you are already very lean. But based on all your cheat meal pics (burgers, pizza just the last week or so) I'm guessing your not in that bodyfat range where water or carb manipulation is going to do much. Not trying to bum you out brother. Just pointing out as you know this shit doesn't happen over night.

But with all that said and what I always like to do is eat enough fiber the day before so that you take a big shit the morning of the beach day. The stomach never looks better than just after a big shit. Than the day of the beach I just eat fruit. Carbs keep the muscles full but the stomach remains super tight and not bloated like after you eat a normal meal with a bunch of protein etc..

Yea I'm not bum about it what's so ever bro.. I'm still not where I want to be @ the moment. Which the goal is 10 percent BF and I'm about 12-13 ATM.. I don't think a cheat meal or Day will have any effect on my BF percentage.. it's just like these YouTube idiots that do 10000 calorie challenge and it doesn't mess with the percentage.. I can easily smash DNP, but I rather do it the hard and rewarding way.. When I wake up I look tight as fuck.. it's during the day where I get that lil bloat.. which i think it has to do more with the water and carbs and sodium together and I like this look in a tank top or shirt cause I look pretty good.. my wide back and shoulders has always been my strongest points.. I just wana have the flat stomach without the shirt tomorrow.. without having to starve myself @ home IDGAF.. think taller guys like yoir self can get away with a lil higher BF and still look good cause of the long torso..I'm sure sodium plays a big was roll cause my ass loves to load up on sodium.. cause I sweat like a pig during workouts.. i guess i will look good regardless as long as I don't eat a heavy meal.. coffee always does the trick for me

So what about some rice cakes and peanut butter for the first meal?..

My normal meal is banana and a protein shake and coffee pre workout the post workout about an hour later is 6-8 eggs whites with protein shake and oats as u seen in my logs before, but tomorrow ain't no normal eating if I wana stay tight..

How much oats you recommend eating the day prior?

Bori make no mistake, a cheat meal or 2 absolutely can and will slow your progress. Again, things change once you get really lean. At like 8-10% bf your muscles just look fuller after a cheat meal. But if you're trying to reach a certain bf% a cheat meal will slow progress down a few days no doubt. Stop eating cheat meals for a month and you'll see what I'm saying.

As for oats, I eat 4 bowls a day mixed with cranberries for flavor as part of my normal everyday meals. I eat that and chicken mixed with peas and a tbsp of avacado. But if your body isn't used to all that fiber it will have opposite effect and bind you up.

We can take this to a different thread, but curious about how and when you change up your regular everyday meal. I know that chicken and oats have been the staple for a long time. Do you change up sauces? Avocado is an new addition?

I mix half a can of peas a tbsp of avacado, chicken breast, and Sriracha sauce. I keep it the same I don't switch it up. Been having the same meals now for months. Makes it easier for me somehow.

Somehow it makes things much easier for me than to switch up my meals. Can't really explain why.
