Your into a routine...it's easy comfortableyour good with it..don't have to think about it when you shop,when you cook,clean up..no thought process and you know it works for you.it shows your dedication to it bro. you just automatically do it.

Cheat meal bori. Not day. That's important. I'd only do a cheat day if I was extremely lean. Sub 7%. Even then it would be limited to maybe once per month. If your trying to drop fat a cheat day will do nothing but slow you down. A cheat meal can help but a day is just to much if you eat like me and go nuts haha.

Not a breakfast eater. It's coffee, a protein shake and a banana with my anavar and multi vit before the gym. Half cup per meal. But remember I'm close to 230 and on GH. You eat what I eat and your probably gonna get fat.
