Cheat meal bori. Not day. That's important. I'd only do a cheat day if I was extremely lean. Sub 7%. Even then it would be limited to maybe once per month. If your trying to drop fat a cheat day will do nothing but slow you down. A cheat meal can help but a day is just to much if you eat like me and go nuts haha.

Not a breakfast eater. It's coffee, a protein shake and a banana with my anavar and multi vit before the gym. Then I have pwo shake, whey, Gatorade, creatine, then it's my chicken and oats meals for rest of day.

I've had eggs here it there but it's not common.

Half cup per meal. But remember I'm close to 230 and on GH. You eat what I eat and your probably gonna get fat. Not talking shit, I just remember you saying you were like 180-190 and trying to get lean so you gotta adjust calorie wise from what in eating.

Damn....That's tight bro.when I was loosing weight because I turned into a fat piece of shit I was like that. Now I'm a bit more relaxed. I still eat pretty damn clean n watch it. But sometimes I like a bit of butter n brown sugar on that sweet potato...:agreed:

Stop eating cheat meals for a month and you'll see what I'm saying.
never though cheat days were a requirement

even every 2 weeks was good enough for me when dieting hard

I just tell myself they are for obvious reasons
