I like Mark. I've met him in person a couple times and it's nice to be able to openly communicate with the CEO of a supplement company. Meet him anywhere other than an expo and they guy offers to work out with him and takes time to listen to what you have to say. Does anyone even know the CEO of optimum nutrition, or bpi etc much less do they make themselves accessible to their customers? He just gets a bad rap because of his opinionated YouTube channel but as far as customer service it can't be beaten and their flavors kick the shit out of everyone else's.
