Evan is a smart guy but I think Mr O needs to be a mix of smart and exciting with the ability to get people excited. A Sergio Olivia Jr type personality who says "fuck the camel crew". He would bring a much needed "attitude" kind of like what Arnold brought. Evan is likable and smart but not exciting. No more exciting than Phil.
