watched the first 2 episodes. pretty good so far. on par with Narcos.

Not the best acting it has to be said, quite wooden, but the story is the key here

Just finished the first season. Show started out great but ended with a whimper IMO. Last 2 episodes were just boring IMO. You could tell they were dragging it out for season 2 where we will see the rise of Chapo.

Well it wasn't short it was 9 episodes. Narcos was around the same for season 1. It's worth the watch. I'm just saying the last 2 episodes were a bit slow and you get the sense they are just trying to build it up and stretch it out until season 2 when his actual rise to power begins. Season 2 should be great.
