Still Bostin being Bostin.. Still taking gear just less of it...
He was tired of taking 25 ius of generic GH plus 4ius of pharma... said he felt like shit... then realize his blood sugars were high(duh) had to get on insulin to lower it... trying to get his girl preggo and he said he is also unhappy with the results in the 5 years he was taking all them drugs...
His goal is to be 290 lean

Lol.. he said the black guys in Olympia who are in the back of the pack are only running low dose gear because they depend on there genetics and the top guys take high dose of gear

Also you hear what he said about testing hgh with igf levels. Said he don't like it because estrogen levels if they are too high or too low can fuck up the igf levels even if the GH is good.
I have no idea if it's true but it definitely made me wonder about igf testing a bit.Comment

Yea but with less drugs? He'll be less efficient at using those calories to build muscle. I just think he's living in fantasy land and actually being hypocritical if he thinks he can get bigger with less drugs after preaching the top guys in bodybuilding are also on the most drugs. I think he said something about wanting to make quality gains and ridding of bloat..also stated that some of the growth he was buying was fake so that was a waste, he wants to treat himself like a client with weekly check ins and tracking instead of just taking more drugs and just going about. Looks like he's finally trying to do it the "right" way. Which is keeping track on everything you're doing to have total control over everything to manipulate the regime into the "perfect" regime that fits you for whatever your goal may be.

He also said that the top guys KNOW what they're taking and they have their connected sources so I'm sure he's also saying the quality of his gear wasn't all that compared to what these ifbb pros are taking and that you ever know what you're really getting. Maybe that's why he's talking about using less drugs because the drugs he plan to use are of quality. Specifically human growth hormone. He stated that u can be getting sugar for all you know unless it's been proven with bloods,reviews and all that.
