I know what an outie is but I don't think that's an outi. I agree with bouncer I think it's a hernia or something. I think John Meadows had the same thing and got surgery for it removed and now has no belly button what's so ever

Yeah John Meadows had surgery and he has no belly button. He has had stomach issue for a while.

I had a childhood friend that was born with his organs on the outside. After the necessary surgery to put things where they belonged, he had no belly button. All us kids were in awe, LOL.

On the above, yes that is absolutely an umbilical hernia. Generally not thought to be a serious health risk (like an inguinal hernia). It's just unsightly. I'm surprised he hasn't got that fixed though considering his occupational dependence on appearances.
