I think genetics more than anything. Some people can eat like shit all their lives.

example guy a guy I work with eats fast food at least 2-3 times a day and his cholesterol perfect.
its making him unhealthy in other ways. obesity etc.

Genetics always play a factor. CT's mom died of some sort of heart related disease so I'm sure she passed that down to him.

Whatever... the fast food made matters worse... had he not did this the first time he probably wouldn't be needing the surgery...
And I doubt he ate like that this time around...
I'm sure all that yelling and screaming,lifting weights like he still a teenager for his channel and oh yea the drugs put stress on his heart
