We knew something was weird with the "rice only diet" he was on. Seems like exact the opposite of what he would ever do unless he was given bad news about his kidneys or something.

What did he think was eventually going to happen with all that pmma shit he has in his body just sitting there. That shit has to break down and release toxins at some point. I bet he literally has 50lbs of that shit sitting in his body very slowly poisoning him.

If he does survive they are going to have to figure out a way to pump all that shit out of him and he is going to be unrecognizable.

I wish him well but I think it may be all over. Sad really, he doesn't seem like a bad person. Just made some really bad choices.

The tmz article calls him a pro bodybuilder. Lol. I really doubt it was a rec drug OD. More like a pmma OD. There was a reason he was trying to drop a ton of weight and eat almost no protein before all this happened.

Yea could be anything for sure. I just think about the fact that he started an almost zero protein diet about a month ago and called it an "experiment". Don't you think that's kind of strange for a guy obsessed with size?

Just think about all that shit in his body slowly breaking down releasing poison and shit. His kidneys have the job of filtering that shit out. Imagine what his kidneys are going through trying to filter literally 50-75lbs of pure sludge oil he's had injected. I think it's gonna be kidney failure and heart attack once the truth comes out.

The "community" will always have a bad rep. The steroid/bodybuilding community I mean. Maybe not the CrossFit/fitness community. But I'm fine with that. I like the niche community, I don't want mainstream.

But aside from that I'm just sad for Rich. I just don't think he was a bad guy. He strikes me as actually a pretty smart guy that made a lot of bad choices.
