What should I do when it comes to dealing with my younger cousin?

I came out of my bedroom to see that Marisa (my younger female cousin) fought my nephew Peter in an argument where she ultimately made him cry. I quietly made a promise to Marisa that I won't tell but she needs to be punished for a petty argument, so I spanked her before I apologized to Marisa by saying I was sorry I had to do it but somebody had to do it.

I even went out of my way to try and make up for it by offering Marisa a foot massage to make her feel better even though she was the one who insulted my nephew in the first place, but not without warning her that if she insults my nephew again, she will have her feet sniffed, licked and toes sucked on by me.

So then me and Marisa eventually make up and I give her a kiss on the lips/mouth.

But anyway, what do you all think I should do with Marisa after she insulted my nephew Peter? Which is the safer option of the following three choices?:

1) Give her feet a sniff, lick, kiss and toes sucked.

2) Give her a kiss on the lips

or

3) Get her pregnant

I suppose I'm a 280 pound man full of muscle, and it's just that I don't like it when Marisa humiliates my nephew. I was thinking discipline since I'm already a muscular man with a herculean physique and experience in boxing.
