Yes it was in Floyd's game plan to let Conor get tired, I don't dispute that. But had Mayweather tried to fight Conor in those first 3 rounds when conor was fresh it may not have ended well for Floyd.

The clear game plan was to let him tire and mayweather was so confident he didn't even play defensive because by boxing standards Connor doesn't even hit hard.

May weather went to him and took punches to force Connor 's work rate then slowly ridiculed him and stripped him bare as conner punched out and left himself defenseless.

If the referee hadn't stepped in that would have been brain damage no doubt in my mind.
