RIP Rich Piana - Dead at 45

God bless rich piana. Dude definitely left a legacy behind. I've been watching a bunch of his videos recently. There's a lot you can learn from him. He said "the more you put into it the more you're gonna get out of anything" whether it be bodybuilding or life in general , and that spoke volume to me. That taught me to not give up on goals so easily just cuz you're not going as fast as you thought u would. Just keep working hard and the hard work will pay off.

Just watched the video of Rich piana girlfriend speaking as he said in his video about his wife Sara when the marriage was over he met his former girlfriend in a gym that morning and he said he never really went to the gym in the mornings and said he started to rekindle his relationship which her that is the girl Chanel I assume or is that a different girl don't misunderstand me I don't want to be taken up wrong by writing this post but I hope I am correct in what I'm saying Is The Girl he was talking about in the video about him and his wife anyway it's hard for anybody to lose a family member our close friend but they two videos I've watched the first one with him talking and the second one with his girlfriend Chanel talking I don't know but they seemed to be genuine people so I wish his family and friends my deepest sympathy and may he rest in peace RIP Rich piana and another bright star will shine as they say when you lose a loved one say a prayer for him if you're that way inclined everybody has free will and has their own way off been spiritual
