It came out good B. I brined it over night.the meat shrunk alot while cooking.it seemed to toughen it up..so I sliced it thin..like roast beef. It was very good. Gonna try other ways of cooking it. Lost a true bemoth of a gator last night..hook straightened out and the reel broke..made mine look like a teenager. This was the man...
