I was on the verge of crying when Sloane Stevens won her first major today. Don't know how many times I've cried past couple days. Thought I'd have depressed feeling on pct but it's all been like tears of joy. I'm in a good place right now thank God!

I don't think her win in the final was an upset but she beat Venus Williams in the semi final that was an upset. The fact she was ranked 957th in the world just a few weeks ago after having surgery less than a year ago this was a major comeback story.
