cant feel my arms, help me here!

I know im retaining water like an sob, cause I havent been moving much since I tossed out my back...now besides my legs looking like balloons, my arms are going dead numb, even now as I type...I have mild arthritis as is, but this is beyond words painful...any ideas...Ive been sleeping up right again to help with it...is it the water thats killing me like this, I try to move as much as possible, but until these muscles fully relax themselves im more or less like an old man walking with a hobble :(

damn i dont know what it can be man. Right now im experiencing servere pain in my left wrist which I am left handed. Im in so much pain that Im thiking of going to a doctor or hospitalon MOnday to get check and x rayed.:(

puddles ur probably right, a nerve has to be pinched, but its in so many different areas, the pain that is, thats its gonna be hard to narrow down...I just took another MG of Adex...I'll stay at 2 till this goes down

arimidex, anti -e... Im using a combo of celebrex, vicoden, and methocarbinol for the pain
and come to think of it, I have been drinking quite a bit the last few days, definatly not helping

could be...even I somehow shreded to the bone, i would still be 260 or better, its not much weight to drop...plus its more than 300 now witgh the water build up,
