Not only that but China has warned North Korea not to test another nuclear or hydrogen bomb or they may be forced to use Military action. They fear another collapse will send radioactive dust across the border into China. On top of that, Russia & US nuclear bombers have both been sent to the area and are apparently working together. The Russian bombers ran drills with US fighter jets escorting them.
So it's now North Korea vs USA, Russia, China, Japan, and South Korea. Hopefully all this will be enough to help lil kim to see the light. He's been quiet with his threats as of recent.
