Best Homemade Chicken Parm Ever

We made this for Christmas (wanted something different) and it turned out fucken amazing. The crust had parmesan cheese in the batter. One of those dishes you keep eating when you aren't even hungry anymore.

yea had it with pasta this time. got like 4lbs of leftovers. wish i could find proper Italian rolls out here like we have back in jersey. out here people think hot dog rolls are rolls. lol. haven't had a proper jersey chicken parm sandwich since I was back east.
