Not literally....well kind of literally. I had some major fucking surgery and was busy focusing on work and other things so I haven't had much time. Just wanted to say what's up to everyone and have a happy New Year filled with gains and successful goals!

Thanks guys. I had a tumor on my parathyroid. It caused me to have a hyperparathyroid and I had way too much calcium in my body which caused kidney stones, low energy, stomach problems, insomnia and depression, and a bunch of other symptoms like high blood pressure.
The tumor was an adenoma which means it was benign thank God. I had to have it removed and the parathyroid with it as well. You have 2 of them on each side of your neck though. They are connected to your thyroid so they have to be really careful removing it. The parathyroid is only the size of like a big grain of rice as is. Surgery went really well though and my blood levels are back to normal now.
I didn't train for awhile while it started going on. I'm good as can be again though and been back training for about 5 months. I have lurked from time to time around here, but I also had some big changes with my business so between the two I was just really busy and had to take care of so much stuff getting properly diagnosed and creating a surgery plan.
It's good to be back bros. How has everyone been? Who got fat and who got jacked? Lol

I'm still fat but I decided to start competing in powerlifting meets, so it's all good, ya know.Originally posted by epix00 View PostThanks guys. I had a tumor on my parathyroid.
