    Kate Steinle Killer Sentenced to Time Served

    Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, a.k.a. Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, the illegal alien, five-time deportee, and seven-time convicted felon who killed 32-year-old American Kate Steinle in July 2015, was sentenced to time served on Friday after being convicted in November of possession of a firearm by a felon.

    Again...the crime for possession of a gun and time served for THAT, is fitting the punishment.


    I still disagree how it was handled by the govt, what a laughing stock. If I were the dad or parents, I'd sue the gov't

      good thing he is soon going to be handed over to the federal government on other charges. i have faith in the Gov to do more than this sissy ass state has done.

        EVEN IF the Fed's got their way with him. A good attorney will represent the accuser, win on an appeal and sue every piece of idiot that decided to move forward.

        Bro, certain things need to be left alone and this is one of them. If he was an American, totally different but he is not.

        The US Govt knows better and if they decide to proceed, it will only make them look more assenine than they do already.

            In other words no matter what any of the families do, just will piss them off even more.

            Obviously I would not leave shit alone, but the truth and the reality of this issue is, it'll never get done the way most would like; jail/conviction
