Super easy. I don’t even need a heart transplant but I’m offered one almost daily since I have insurance.

How would I know? I don’t know if he has insurance nor the details of his policy.

You just made it seem like receiving a heart transplant is easy if you have insurance. He may not have any insurance. Again, I don’t know his details.

And it isn’t 2.2 million or whatever google told you. There is a waiting list. There is certain criteria that must be met to even be able to receive a donor organ. The price billed to insurance is different than the price insurance pays and is different that the portion the patient pays. Too many variables.
