Firearms are fire arm instructors...I can see the term teacher being used loosely here....think about it.. who takes bill or Sally whos not certified to teach a safety class on firearms and tells them to teach it....if you actually believe this...your the idiot... What are you missing? I'm not anti-gun. I'm anti-arming teachers. Because I've been around guns my whole life I have a lifetime worth of expericne with them, training teachers who don't have that type of lifetime experience is a bad idea, you're validating my point!

This is not a true statement. I believe Connecticut has stricter, but Cali is close for sure. But if you want to argue which cities have the strictest I believe it's Chicago, NYC, and San Francisco.
