House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi put forth a new idea for border security, arguing that "mowing the grass" in some areas could be sufficient instead of building a wall.

In an interview with the Arizona Republic, Pelosi (D-Calif.) said she "is not the biggest advocate" for President Trump's long-promised wall as part of a negotiation on a fix for Dreamers.

"Let’s talk about where a more serious structure might be necessary, where fencing will do or mowing the grass so people can’t be smuggled through the grass," she proposed, also mentioning adding levees, technology and personnel to enhance border security.

so you honestly believe the thousands of people who just walk across the border wont be stopped? please explain how. I've seen border security work in Check..east german, Poland. you haven't seen it.it works hell Korea is another example..Israel..

Now will it stop everything? no. But it will stop all the people who just waltz across the open desert..yes bro. it will.

yea I know cartel will dig tunnels etc..they have the money to try an penetrate the wall I agree. But with the border agents freed up from chasing women with children because of the wall..they can now focus on the bad guys.(as an example)

Idk...really don't care..you know how many are here now...do the math...it don't matter.you cannot fix immigration without controlling it... So. Take the money we feed house medical etc every year for them...just take that away for 6 months..I'd be willing to bet...the walls paid for...I'm being real here..not emotional or just against or for something...again..I patrolled the border in East / West Germany check for 3 years..I've seen it

Lawmaker Myo Zaw Aung said Friday the budget was proposed by the Home Affairs Ministry, the Defense Ministry and the Border Affairs Ministry, which are all controlled by the military.
