Realized we didn't even own a flashlight in case the power goes out or something goes bump in the night etc..

Had to order some stuff for my dogs on Amazon so I looked at a few lights. This particular light has something crazy like 15k 5 star reviews so it caught my interest. I didn't really expect much because it's like $15 bucks but I figured the reviews can't all be BS.

This little light is impressive. Solid aluminum build and bright as fuck. Has a strobe setting also that literally renders you blind in the dark if shined in the eyes for at least 30 seconds. It's like a miniature helicopter search light lol.

Anyway boring topic but something everyone should have for sure. Especially at that price.

rip i got some cheap ass grocery store Duracell double A knock off brand. it was like $4 for a pack of 6 batteries lol. I'm gonna leave the light on starting right now and I'll run the light until it starts to go dim. i'll let you know how long it lasts on a single cheapo double A.

I had 3 Surefire but lost 2 over the years. Those are pretty badass flashlights.

so i left it on for 3 hours and it's about half as bright as it was. still brighter then the old school yellow bulb type flash lights. i'd say that's pretty impressive for a $15 flashlight on a cheapo battery.

how much? i know there are some pretty expense ones out there. i'd like to see you pick up mine from amazon and compare them. i can't imagine a flashlight better for the money. $12 bucks is insane for the build quality and brightness of this thing.
