The family probably has a history of eating like shit. You can improve your body for the better by removing rotten flesh their babies milk and chicken periods from your diet... Why the fuck would eating sick ass animals make you healthy and NOT sick? These animals are raised and slaughtered by the billions every year and if including sea animals that number is in the trillions and they feed them what? GMO SOY FFS! Almost all of our soy that's grown at that... Grains too... Yet meat eaters love to tell vegans soy is terrible when they consume more of it in the guise of sick rotten flesh. Im vegan and I still eat burgers.. made with different types of veggies and spices and it looks and tastes badass AND HAS MORE PROTEIN!!!! Same with my "fish" and my "chicken" yet no fish no chickens no cows were raped and murdered and I won't die of some meat eating disease in my 50's.... Humans aren't designed to eat meet it doesn't take a genius to see that... Our "canines" are hardly canines... Go look at a dogs teeth nothing alike.. I'd love to see you go eat a whole chicken raw feathers and all all the way down to the bone. Dogs will.. cats will... Humans won't because we aren't carnivores... Rice and beans makes complete proteins.. fuck you can eat rice and banana and get complete proteins.. but of course all those journal's that claim all of these health benefits are paid for my the diary industry's and the egg industry and the meat industry... Who pay hundreds of millions a year to away public opinion... Why do we drink cow milk? It's addictive and meant for baby calves and it's purposely addictive to keep them coming back and to raise them up to be a ton... It's full of casomorphins and that's why cheese is so addictive... It's highly concentrated and has tons of the stuff. They are absolutely no better than a drug company... Hell milk is harmful and yet they fortify it and claim it's good for the bones... It's not... The animal proteins make it acidic and the body will pull calcium out from the bones and make your bones weaker. Of course no industry funded journal will state any of that though... Then the diary industry had the nerve to go after plant based milk companies stating it's not "real" milk and claims it's misleading and causing confusion as if consumers are so stupid they are ACCIDENTLY buying almond milk... Or coconut milk.. or pea milk... Or soy milk.. or hemp milk... All of which is clearly stated as such and is much healthier than cow milk... We would be better off. Drinking chimpanzee milk as they are more closely related to us and have a more similar milk unlike a fucking cow. Puss is also allowed in milk too yummy.. along with all the antibiotics they give the livestock which is super helpful! (Not). Not to mention we have extremely long digestive tracks compared to REAL carnivores. So that shit sits in our gut and rots even more. Plus a that acidity is terrible for the human body which is naturally more alkaline... Which is also a LARGE reason people get cancers in the first place... Not every cause obviously but if everyone went on a vegan diet healthcare issues would no longer exist... Cancers would drastically drop as would heart disease and heart attacks and clogged arteries and let's not forget our dicks also can get clogged up from all that animal fat AND DO! Which is why in the US damn near half of men older than 40 have issues getting it up... People can continue ignoring the facts but they are very real and I could continue on for days... These animals are raped into existence and tortured force fed fattened up pumped with chemicals fed absolute garbage and yet people expect to be healthy eating them...FISH TOO! Our waters are so filthy current day that it's absolutely pathetic and toxic which is why women are told not to be to much fish while pregnant... It can cause birth defects yet people eat fish every day. You really think people who are growing foods for livestock are really that mindful?
