Its not that easy with a motorcycle. It's not like you have a reverse and was probably in neutral. I would of done the same

in order for him to move..he would of had to go fwd..then hes risking getting hurt because he has to control the bike.. to try and maneuver out of the way..he did the right thing saved his ass from injury.
