I'm simply asking what the fuck and who the fuck is trying to pass regulations on what? High capacity magazines and semi-auto rifles? And if they do, what does that mean for those of us who currently own them? Do we have to turn them in, or will it mean that we just can't buy anymore retail going forward? What happened when this was passed in the 90s by Bill Clinton?

That's a conspiracy theory. In my opinion there is no point in talking about something that nobody with any amount of power is proposing. You have to fight the battles as they come and right now, repealing the 2nd amendment is not on the table.

I really don't follow the news much anymore, but from my understanding the little twat down in Florida & many dem politicians are proposing we add regulations on semi-auto rifles and high capacity magazines. Please correct me if I'm wrong and let's try and do this without conspiracy theories.

Thank You, Scrum. So anything more than that is simply a conspiracy / fear-mongering theory. I've not heard of any politicians who want to repeal the 2nd amendment either. And even if there were 1 or 2, it wouldn't get any traction. This is a non-issue.

Let's focus on fighting against the ban of semi-auto rifles and "high capacity" magazines. Whatever that number may be. Someone who does a week or two of training can fire three 10-round magazines just as fast as they could a 30-round magazine. It wouldn't solve a thing.

except that they contradict themselves almost daily with a basic misunderstanding of firearms.

their definition of common sense gun laws in some cases is to get rid of all semi auto firearms. thats pretty much the entire modern gun industry.

so while they say they are for the 2nd they also want to regulate and tax it into oblivion.
