Leg training today was:
Leg extensions 2 warm up sets
Follow by 5x20 working sets. Last set 5xhalfway up 5xhalfway down 5xfulreps
Box squats: 1 warm up set
Working sets: 1 x12 175lbs
. 1x12 245
Drop set 8x245
5x175
Failure 110lbs (bunch of reps)
Leg press: a bunch!!
Leg extensions again 2 reps till failure follow by single leg extensions
