So I am @ the pool with my son because he wanted to come to this shite; i refuse to take off my stringer even tho I have the best looking physique here while everyone else has a dad bod lol...
I have about 4 weeks or so to reach my goal and that is why I do not take off my shirt...
I wish i can be like these dude's that don't give a fuck!!

I'm being silly bro but I get it....I use to think when I was around mid teens bf, that I was happy....far from the case, far from it.


Not until I got to single digits is when I realized, overall I was a better person in many ways.

I felt better, moods, sleeps, etc....I will never go back to being THICK or anywhere near the teens in bf..
